The Training Coordinator position plays an integral role working closely with the UpToDate sales team and the client training team in support of the sales process. This role will contribute to the on-going learning and development of the sales organization by assisting the sales training manager in the design and delivery of sales training programs designed to develop sales skills and enhance product knowledge of the sales team in order to grow revenue and market share.
This role will also support the client training team through delivery of remote client training sessions and product demonstrations in order to increase awareness and usage of UpToDate within targeted client facilities.
Responsibilities:
. Support the new hire on-boarding sales training program through program development, implementation, and facilitation . Assist in the design, delivery, and on-going implementation of sales training certification programs . Assist in the development of sales team learning curriculum and course content for web based learning management system . Create eLearning course content for utilization within learning management system . Develop and execute post training tests and evaluations for all training sessions in order to assess acquisition of knowledge and make program improvements . Utilize webinar technology to conduct one-on-one and small group presentations and product demonstrations . Initiate and implement remote trial training programs for potential new client sites in collaboration with sales team . Conduct certified trainer product demonstrations for key contacts within client facilities
Qualifications: Qualifications:
. BS/BA Degree or equivalent . 2+ years experience in inside sales or product training, preferably in the healthcare industry . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Excellent organization and project management skills . Experience with eLearning software and LMS . Experience in instructional design . Proficient in webinar technology . Ability to travel as needed - expectation is minimal travel will be required:
