Role The Total Rewards Solutions project manager works closely with other team members, such as communication consultants, technical consultants, analysts, Web developers, data administrators and others to serve our clients by building relationships, identifying needs, and providing solutions that support their broader business goals.
More specifically, the Total Rewards Solutions project manager is responsible for managing the development of personalized Web-based solutions. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to plan projects, consulting on best practice and site content, developing project proposals, budget and schedules, coordinating with other Hewitt practices, developing technical site requirements, managing client acceptance testing, managing project budgets and schedules, and managing client and internal teams. Responsibilities may also include developing site content and/or overseeing the technical development of the site. Role Requirements4 years of relevant project management experienceExperience defining and communicating technical and data requirementsExperience establishing and managing client relationships4 years of employee benefits (HW, DC, DB) or compensationStrong written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated consulting experienceExperience leading a team of 5-10 individuals to deliver resultsComputer skills (basic knowledge of Word and Excel)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAbility to work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environmentFlexibility to juggle multiple projectsAbility to adapt to different communication stylesDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changeCreativity in problem-solving skillsAbility to write detailed programming requirements for the site build teamAbility to travel approximately 10%-15% All positions require an applicant who has accepted an offer to undergo a background check.
