Test & Evaluation Technical Services Specialist 3\4
Coordinates and guides 2nd shift environmental test (Thermal Vacuum, Thermal Cycle and Vibration) support for Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Fabrication, Assembly, Set-Up and Test (FAST) organization in El Segundo, CA. Responsibilities include planning/preparation, personnel training, staffing assignments, adherence to process and configuration control. Develops, creates, and maintains processes required to successfully complete the aforementioned tasks. Works under minimal direction.

This requires the use of configuration control management process to track and maintain article/vehicle configuration. Complete ability to configure the test article using test requirements gathered from test plans, government regulations, and safety rules.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
