Online ordering will also increase their average to-go ticket by as much as 36%.

Best of all, we provide our Territory Sales Directors with more than enough qualified leads to easily surpass the sales target.

OUR CUSTOMERS:
Our only target customers are the small to medium size independent restaurants and small chains, however some notable clients are Arbys, Chick-fil-A, Lubys, and the U.S. Naval Academy.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Our Territory Sales Directors have a high level of visibility and accountability for developing and maintaining new account customer relationships in an assigned territory. This role will be responsible for receiving warm leads, setting appointments with restaurant principles, traveling to the restaurant location to present our no setup cost solution, and oversee that the customer signs up for the program on our website. Successful Territory Sales Directors will be considered for managing a small territory sales team with generous overrides.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Title: Territory Sales Director

This is a straight commission independent contractor position

At target, earnings are $175K commission + $175K Bonus = ($350K+)

All expenses, including territory travel expense and minor printing costs are paid by the independent contractor/Territory Sales Director

Option to continue service each consecutive year

Target is 5+ successful presentations per week

We provide you with a generous portfolio of warm leads with contact information at the beginning of each month

Commissions are paid based on the total online sales volume produced through the online ordering system at each restaurant that you sign up for 12 months

Commission are paid once per month, however you must have the ability to sustain financially through the first 90 days of hire to allow for the volume of online orders to reach standard flow

Contact each restaurants principal to set up a time to present the RSG solution

Persuade the customer to sign up for this no risk powerful solution

Follow up to see that the customer submits their online information form on our website to sign up for the program we take the customer from there

Revisit the customer on the day that they go live with their online ordering system to ensure a smooth launch

Track & enter daily sales activities, leads, pipeline into online sales tracking system

Attend a short weekly sales group meeting conference call each Monday morning

Maintain a favorable relationship with the local food distribution company manager (our lead source for your territory) and attend his/her sales meeting from time to time as needed

If performance is exceptional, there may be possible consideration to manage the sales team within the territory and receive overrides


REQUIREMENTS:
You must have experience in selling products to restaurant owners/principles, and have a broad understanding of restaurant operations

Effective organization and planning skills, communication, and superior time management

Proven ability to prospect, propose, negotiate & close restaurant principles within a short sales cycle

Previous experience with extensive cold calling and strategic selling experience

Experience in outside sales

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with online ordering technologies a plus, but not required

Experience in managing a portfolio of leads and customers

Experience in setting appointments and presenting in person

Neat and professional in appearance; business-casual attire

Comfortable in presenting in a restaurant location setting

Ability to obtain quick rapport with principles

Honest & sincere sales approach

Successful track record of executing a thorough presentation and closing the customer on the first visit

Possess the need and the drive to earn $175K+ to $350K+ per year


TRAINING:

If chosen for this position, you will be asked to complete a 3 hour RSG training webinar that will give you all of the knowledge to be successful in reaching your sales target. For ongoing support, you will attend a weekly sales group conference call each Monday morning. The RSG online ordering solution product is something that the restaurants want and need to increase revenue, and to also keep up with the demands of today's patron. Easiest of all, there is no setup cost and no risk to the customer. This solution is a no-brainer for the restaurant, and also pays the Territory Sales Director generous commissions for just 5+ successful presentations per week.
