Talent Calls Associate
The Talent Calls Associate is responsible for maintaining an efficient flow of communications between the Director and General Producer as well as handling scheduling issues/matters. This position is a RUN OF SHOW position.
Responsibilities -Interprets, analyzes, and breaks down script within the context of props and set design for daily production planning
-Determines and coordinates talents' schedules and production needs as directed by the production plan provided by the General Producer and Supervisor Producer
-Responsible for following up with on-call performers, atmosphere personnel, and day hired crew members prior to scheduled work day
-Coordinates schedules and locations for next day shootings as instructed by the production plan
-Responsible for coordinating and scheduling children involved with shootings and ensuring full compliance with child labor laws (No more than 6 hours per day; no more than 9 hours in studio)
-Provides assistance to the Production Coordinator in the tracking and completion of timecards for children and extras involved in each shooting
-Assists production in managing and controlling time remaining for each shoot to ensure Director's awareness
-Prepares, duplicates, and distributes Call Sheets to staff, cast, and crew
-Monitors and coordinates travel of talent from one location to another in order to maximize their time
-Coordinates and guides talent prior to appropriate department prior to shooting (wardrobe, make up, etc.)
-Ensures talent has all pertinent items prior, during, and after shooting has finished
-Works under the direct supervision of the Supervisor Producer and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
-Ensures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios' infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures
-Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment
-Presents ideas that support EHS goals and policies to your business or EHS leader
-Raises concerns about possible violations of EHS policies to your manager, business and EHS Leader
