SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATORS
Qualified candidate will provide Level 2 & 3 support.
Will be responsible for account process and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction, manage daily team activities, and provide weekly reports, equipment setup process training as required for new users. Create Active directory user accounts, computer accounts, group mailboxes, and distribution list. Create each user a network share folder. Manage inventory of equipment, inventory of licenses, and list of release information for reporting
Experience in Federal Deployment Experience (via SDLC or equivalent methodology) large program experience, working knowledge of Sun, UNIX and Windows virtualization technologies, capacity and performance planning experience, familiarity with modern systems monitoring tools and paradigms, famillarity with most of the following:
This position will have the following job responsibilities:
The role will need to direct and coordinate the efforts of operational maintenance of a large scale government systems environment.
Experience with system administration support.
Support overall integration between architecture, development, and release teams in defining technical baselines of the program.
Knowledge/exposure to current HW and COTS products
Maintaining baselines in Microsoft Excel and/or Rational repositories
