Magnesita Refractories North America, a global leader in refractory technology, has a new opportunity for an Entry Level Sales and Service Representative to develop outstanding partnerships and consultative relationships in direct contact with our steel industry customers. With over 50 years experience in the manufacture and development of refractory products, Magnesita is focused on providing the most cost effective refractory solutions derived from high quality, innovative products and services.
Our ideal candidate will have business acumen skills, ability to build professional relationships, develop business solutions, create and execute sales initiatives, close business opportunities, and manage customer satisfaction in the steel industry.
Following an extensive training program our qualified candidates will be responsible for field service assistance, consultative sales, troubleshooting and product recommendations that provide optimum results.
Our Ideal candidate should be a 'self starter', have excellent people skills, have a capacity to grasp technical details, act with a sense of urgency, and demonstrate a strong passion for Sales. Through internship, academics or work experience will have a working knowledge of the steel-making or refractory process or have a strong marketing/sales aptitude with knowledge of the steel industry.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree 2+ Years of Outside Sales experience within the steel industry Excellent interactive skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and oral communication skills Self motivated and have relationship building skills Sales Aptitude or Proven record of previous sales performance
The position will allow you to work from a home office, however qualified candidates must be located in or around the Denver, Colorado area.
