As our Senior Technical Marketing Engineer based ideally out of our Costa Mesa, CA office (although we are willing to entertain exceptional candidates in the San Jose, CA or Bolton, MA areas) you will be the product expert providing solutions for an enterprise-level storage and server products. Drawing upon your breadth of technical knowledge which includes a systems- level understanding of storage and server solutions, experience installing and configuring Windows, Linux and VMware operating systems, and an understanding of SANs and networking, you will replicate customer environments to understand how their systems will interact with Emulex products. This detailed knowledge of how our products work will allow you to provide technical sales support including product demonstrations, and provide feedback to engineering on how to best optimize our products. Your strong previous experience working with enterprise-level system integration and experience replicating technical environments in a lab will allow you to quickly gain a detailed knowledge of our products and begin contributing. Your self-starter mentality, strong communication skills and business acumen will allow you to seamlessly integrate with our team and clients.
