Position Overview:
Troubleshoots wireless phone problems for multiple stores. Evaluates mobile subscriber equipment to determine if the unit qualifies for warranty repair/replacement or if the warranty is null and void due to user damage. Performs minor repairs to phones on site. Documents customer phone repairs and returns. Handles RMA and DOA processing, including reporting and shipping. Maintains phone repair inventory, including assisting with audits. Performs month-end inventory reconciliation. Works with retail staff regarding inventory discrepancies. Ensures establishes and forecasts inventory levels. Creates inventory order requests for replenishment of phones and accessories. Performs weekly inventory spot checks. Acts as primary contact for repair escalations. Interacts with customers to resolve customer phone complaints. Programs replacement phones and performs phone number changes for customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of position. Telecommunications,High Tech,Start Up Environment,Other - Retail or finance Previous inventory or finance wledge of computer software Previous clerical experience,preferred.
