Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a junior level Project Manager fluent in Spanish to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located inAtlanta, GA.
Where Technology and Teamwork come together... This position will be responsible for leading and coordinating efforts in support of Spanish social media for a number of projects including Seasonal Flu. Duties include coordinating efforts to utilize social media to communication seasonal flu messages. Works with flu and social media staff, executes activities, and manages project timelines. Work with team members to develop social media communication plans and to use social media tools to communicate health information on a variety of CDC topics; day to day management of social media tools (Twitter, Facebook, widgets, etc.); advising on best ways to use social media; providing analysis of social media metrics and coordinating a variety of social media projects and other critical programs. After hours and weekend work required maybe required.
Roles and Responsibilities: § Day to day management of social media tools (Twitter, Facebook, widgets, etc.) § Advising on best ways to use social media for projects § Providing analysis of social media metrics and coordinating a variety of social media projects and other critical programs § Served as liaison between multiple project teams § Experience creating and maintaining a database for inquiry tracking, qualitatively analyzed data, and prepared summary reports for program management team. § Experience developing reports for tracking status
Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: § Bachelor's degree § 1-3 years of experience § Must be fluent in Spanish - including writing and translating from English to Spanish § Must have experience in using social media including experience in using electronic communications to reach Spanish speaking audiences, § Experience using and managing social media channels § Experience and/or knowledge in health communication including marketing and evaluation § Strong project management and coordination skills including evaluating social media and analyzing metrics § Detail oriented; strong written communication skills; strong verbal communication skills coupled with strong listening skills is a plus § Must be a team player, self motivated, self starter and a quick learner § Strong organization and time management skills; ability to think conceptually § Excellent communication skills § Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines § Ability to function well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: § Social media knowledge and experience is strongly preferred § Experience in health marketing § Experience working at CDC § Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities § Strong writing, analytical and documentation skills § Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment § Strong customer service orientation § Must be proactive, self-directed, detailed, and organized § Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines .
