Show Producer- Radio Networks
- Pro-active sniffing out and going after -hot stories- in the world of sports, keeping appraised of daily sports, entertainment news and happenings via news events, Internet, blogs, TV and radio; - Experience preparing daily show -road map- that encompasses ideas and show direction including topical and up-to-date material for the talent that is credible and reliable; - Experienced in PPM and it's execution; - Experience booking guests that relate to breaking stories and show segments; - Ability to communicate with talent and management and serve as the direct liaison between them and the show team treating all with proper courtesy and respect; - Ability to handle all situations needing immediate attention and able to do so in a calm, cool and professional manner; - Build on and maintain a sports database; - Be an active participant in all facets of social networking; - Must have knowledge and be proficient in editing using network equipment Cool Edit, Adobe Audition and Nexgen in order to podcast, provide required air checks, demo tapes and segment material for show and management purposes; - Follow and enforce all mandated FCC regulations, station and company policies at all times.
