The Services Administrator will report to the Sr. Finance Manager of Corporate Income Tax. The responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to) the following:
Projections and Scheduling: · Work with Vice President of Professional Services to develop a plan for projection of consultant chargeability: o Hold weekly meeting with Directors to schedule staff and discuss engagements o Keep running projection of each consultant to identify areas of capacity · Work with Finance to more accurately project revenue and utilization · Work with Finance to more accurately project backlog by team
Quickarrow and SAP Administration: · Administer Quickarrow system including: o Add consultants to projects for Corporate Income Tax o Verify SOW value and configure projects to match · Assist in invoice reconciliation and client data requests · Run reports for consultants and AM/CSMs regarding budget left for projects · Coordinate process related to time submission and approval for month end close and billing cycles. · Adjust invoices according to consultant\client approval or edits · Reconcile Billing Limits in SAP to projects in Quickarrow · Review and verify billing files to ensure accuracy of invoices sent to clients · Assist in resolving invoicing issues, provide reconciliations to clients · Provide detail to sales group on remaining project budgets
Other Responsibilities: · Executive Assistant-related functions for Corporate Income Tax management team, approximately 10% of time
Qualifications
Technical Job Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, or Business. · Strong business process and analytical skills are essential. · High proficiency with MS Office and experience with Quickarrow, SAP and Non-Technical Job Requirements: · Candidate must be results oriented and capable of working independently in the field. · Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently. · Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. · Ability to work in a team environment is essential. · Ability to interact with client tax department professionals and MIS/IT personnel.
