Job Description: Overview: *Positions are for Yell Connect, a division of Yell Group plc.
Our Sales Engineer uses knowledge of standard ERP & CM platforms to provide guidance to customers. The Engineer will perform products demos and assist the customer in identifying the correct Znode platform for their needs. This person will be a .Net developer with a strong interest in sales. Responsibilities: The role involves a wide variety of work, including:
.This position will require extensive troubleshooting skills in a very complex environment. .Be able to determine the issue, work through the challenges, analyze similar issues and report back to developers .Give detailed demos .Technical overview to customers .Assess customer needs and resolve technical issues .Work with sales on proposals .Assist with scope of project and pricing .Provide customer support Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must: .Excellent Presentation skills .Ability to think quickly and make business decisions .Development background (2-5 years) .Microsoft Platform understanding .Demonstrate a strong analytical mind, an aptitude for problem solving .Excellent Communication Skills .Be motivated, enthusiastic and have a "can do" attitude .Demonstrate attention to detail.
