Retail Coordinator
1. Communicate to facilitate teamwork and partnership A. Meet with Area Manager on a weekly basis (via conference call/touch base) to discuss specific issues pertaining to the account B. Communicate with business partners on a weekly basis ( through reports, phone calls, and in-person) to review the business analysis and store issues C. Notify business partners (including buyers, RMMs, Planners) of outstanding issues that need immediate attention 2. Establish and maintain store merchandising and visual standards A. Utilize merchandising and visual directives to create uniformity in all departments B. Ensure that all stores have the same basic flow of merchandise C. Ensure that all departments have standardized style cards, images and vendor identification. Success will be determined by submitting reports and pictures D. Enforce markdown presentation standards by pulling merchandise together and displaying appropriate markdown or price point signage
