Regional Sales Executive
Intelligize is a premium provider of legal research information focused on providing solutions to the legal, accounting and research professionals. Our tools are used in top law firms, accounting firms, fortune 500 corporations as well as government agencies. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for talented sales executives that can help accelerate our growth. Currently we are seeking a Regional Sales Executive. The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) is a key position on the Intelligize sales team and will drive both revenue and sales in a combined named account and geographic territory. The RSE will be focused on developing relationships and driving sales at the highest levels of their assigned organizations to meet and exceed company goals. The RSE role is to mainly seek out new business opportunities and close those opportunities on a constant basis.
The essential duties of this role include the following:
Consistent focus on prospecting for new accounts within a territory and building a pipeline of 3 times quota to ensure even performance
“Hunter” mentality with the ability generate opportunities in a territory
Manage the overall account relationship and ensure that all existing revenues and relationships are secure and grow future revenues
Maintains superior demonstration skills for all Intelligize products
Meet or exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual new sales goals
Secure existing contracts and adapt the product/solutions mix used by the account in order to better support the business strategy
Achieve significant new business goals through prospecting the high value accounts in their territory
Establish and orchestrates senior level relationships within accounts and negotiates accordingly
Report progress on growing the business to management weekly
Ensures account information and account activity is current and is input into CRM
Ability to travel to customer locations, sales training and meetings
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 5+ years of success working in an outside, customer facing sales role
Ability to learn and grasp complex solutions and customer needs quickly
Knowledge of SEC, Securities Compliance, Capital Markets
Proven ability to develop and build a large territory and prioritize time
Proven successful track record in developing new business in complex environment based on solutions and not products.
Demonstrable skills in planning, time and project management key are attributes for this role.
The RSE needs excellent oral and written communicators with exceptional time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
