Regional Sales Director - Corporate Wellness Technology

Our client, a "hot" start-up in Corporate Wellness Solutions, offers technology-based Employee Wellness Incentive Programs.  You may have seen this growing area featured on Fox News, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal or CBS News, plus other major national media. 

 

This growing firm is seeking an experienced territory sales professional to “hunt” and close new business and drive revenue in a geographic territory.  The Regional Sales Director will work from a virtual/home office in Chicago-land, selling in the Midwest.

 

The customer and the buying influencers in the sale include the Head of Human Resources and/or Head of Benefits, plus Information Technology because the offering requires IT integration and implementation.

 

The ideal candidate profile is:



  • 10+ years’ experience as an outside enterprise B2B sales representative



  • Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement



  • Experience selling technology, SaaS or Health and Wellness solutions to large corporate Human Resources Departments



  • Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies



  • Proficiency with sales tools such as , NetProspex, and Jigsaw



  • Strong communications and understanding of how to identify customer needs and map business value



  • Competent multi-tasker, able to manage multiple simultaneous qualification and sales processes



  • Willingness to accept and contribute new ideas, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment



  • Excellent understanding of B2B prospecting and sales best practices and proven ability to find creative solutions to project challenges and new opportunities



  • Start-up Savvy -- Requires flexibility, attention to detail and ability to get things done quickly



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
