We are looking for a Regional Sales Coach in the Western Region (Preference given to Southern CA, Central TX, Chicago Area, IL). No relocation package offered.

We are transitioning into a multi-level sales model and need an outgoing, flexible, organized Regional Sales Coach to facilitate recruiting and training activities for our sales force in the Western Region in the US.

Description:
The Regional Sales Coach is a unique role that combines the elements of a successful sales leader and a dynamic sales trainer to effectively attain sales and recruiting objectives of the region. Candidates are expected to manage a flexible work schedule and may be required to work Saturdays and/or Sundays based on training sessions, conferences, or other duties and activities planned for occurrence in the region. Candidates may work from a regional office or a home office when not traveling and the ability to work independently is critical. Candidates must reside within their designated region and must be willing to travel 80-100%. This role will partner closely with the Sales Director.

This is a new role in the organization, therefore this role will grow and change as the business grows and changes. A successful Regional Sales Coach will understand that this role will initially focus on building solid selling skills and strategies while advancing to developing core leadership functions for our advancing sales and team building leaders.

Objective:
To facilitate field sales, recruiting, and training activities within their dedicated region for our independent sales force and leadership. You will be responsible for engaging your independent sales and leadership teams on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis through in-person seminars, regional training conferences, recruiting events, open houses, local and regional PR activities, conference calls, webinar sessions, and individual one on one coaching.

Responsibilities:
- Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and recruiting objectives within the assigned region
- Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual independent sales promotion objectives within the region
- Develop and deliver on quarterly action plan objectives while managing daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly training and contact events within your region to drive sales, recruiting, and promotional activity within the assigned region
- Quickly adjust and transition non-performing areas through analytical response and plan adjustments to attain or exceed sales, recruiting, and promotion targets
- Facilitate and deploy training strategies within the assigned region to align to corporate initiatives, sales objectives, and target needs within the region
- Deliver corporate messaging, incentive opportunities, conference opportunities, and procedural opportunities to the field
- Partner with Sales Communications Specialist to create, develop, enhance, and deliver training materials, print content, and website content
- Function as Belcorp USAs liaison between the brand and the communities within the assigned region
- Provide innovative, creative, and strategic best practices from the field to the US Company
- Act with a sense of urgency, positive engagement, and action for the L?BEL business opportunity
- Be willing and able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and drive for results
- Deliver work in alignment of the LBEL brand and image at all times


Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or Liberal Arts preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
- 2 - 5+ years of successful results in a B2C /B2B sales position(s) with consistent performance
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in a training position with emphasis on sales and leadership in a decentralized environment
- Past experience working for MLM or direct selling organizations REQUIRED
- Ability to travel within designated region 80-100% of working time and residence in one of the states within the assigned region
- Willing and able to work a varying schedule with weekend and evening hours as necessary for success in the region
- Proven experience working in a highly independent work environment while delivering defined results
- Polished and professional communication skills with solid written, verbal, and online emphasis
- Dynamic presentation abilities across multiple mediums including: WebEx, Podcasting, online training, conference calls, live meetings, and one on one coaching
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Past experience working in cosmetics or beauty industry
- Proven experience in sales and/or training in 100% commission environment
