So, what do you really have to do?We want people who have the ability to take a great product line and genuinely help someone make their business better. We need hunter mentalities not farmers. This means that you will be: * Working with leads that come from our marketing campaigns. * Calling on businesses in your area to see how you can assist them. * Attending networking meetings. * Meeting local business owners face to face. * Explaining our product offerings and doing demonstrations. * Handling contract signings. * Following up after the sale to see how things are going and if they need some more help. So what do you not have to do? * Any technical work on the project, our agents only handle sales. We have a dedicated technical staff that handles all of the technical details. * Manage the project. Our tech teams make sure the projects get delivered. You will be able to monitor the progress via our project management system. Requirements: We are looking for dynamic, personable and caring individuals. Working with local and regional businesses puts us at the very core of where the bulk of money in this country is generated. We want people who see how important that is. * You have to be tech savvy. You can't be trying to learn Microsoft Word after you start. * You have to be able to use and operate web based CRM and presentation systems. * You have to have both a pleasant phone presence and personal presence. * Have access to a phone, internet connection and transportation. * You must have some experience in sales. We absolutely need sales minded individuals. Bonus Points: Here are few more things that could really make you stand out: * A college degree is preferable but not required. * Solid references are a major plus. * Understanding of social media and an active user, but not necessary * Previous direct sales experience in the technology space, but not necessary. Perks: * This is acommission basedposition that allows for a quick start. Commissions are paid weekly. What is closed and funded as of the cutoff date is paid electronically on Thursday nights and depending on your bank could be available as soon as Friday of each week. * This is a telecommute position. You are able to work from home and have a flexible schedule. * We provide leads, training, support and an excellent track record on projects we have worked on. * Travel is limited to your immediate territory.
