Promotions/Events Manager
This position is a collaborative effort of equal parts, sales and promotions - must be able to work both sides with knowledge, experience and vigor. One could also throw on a station shirt and work an on- site appearance. As a team member could be in charge of keeping promotional calendars, attend meetings, create sales packages (utilizing promo/prgm assets) for station events - all five (5) Clear Channel Radio - Dallas Stations. Use knowledge of market to find community events to align with. Have contacts with concert promoters and knowledge of how they work to get most for shows, venue support and access to additional shows (not promoting).
