We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to assist our Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence software development team. • Manage software development and other projects in compliance within our product development lifecycle. • Focus on projects and subject matter areas covered by our Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence team, which comprises projects related to the finance, funds processing, and risk organizations Job Detail : • Manage software development and other projects. • Help track project staff, determine project tasks, establish timelines, establish estimates-to-complete, prepare and communicate project statuses, identify and respond to risks and issues and manage change requests. • Help keep project statuses on track by identifying, raising, and addressing project risks and issues • Assist managers with team demand management. • Help managers review that demand is being adequately captured and documented by BSAs; that commitment decisions are clear, documented, and communicated; and that project priorities are clear, documented, and communicated Qualifications . • Experience working multiple projects and programs, strong ability to multitask with proven track record of execution on initiatives/programs . • 5+ years overall professional work experience • . 2+ years experience as a project manager handling multiple simultaneous projects . Demonstrated experience supporting a software development, data warehousing, or IT team . • Experienced with SDLC such as RUP, Agile and others . Demonstrated experience supporting a finance or accounting G A team or financial institution back-office technology team. . • Experienced using project management tools e.g., Clarity or Microsoft Project . • Conscientious, strong relationship management and team skills, flexible, attentive to detail and quality . Strong communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal . • Business acumen in a number of areas such as marketing, sales, finance, compliance, operations, etc. .
