Project Coordinator
A full-service medical communications company located in Voorhees, NJ, is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. This position supports the Director, Client Services and other project-related personnel to autonomously implement different aspects of contracted projects. Some responsibilities will include gathering and preparing project-related materials, faculty correspondence, client status reports, budget management, etc.
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in communications, pharmaceutical marketing, business or a related field; and 2+ years experience in the Medical Communications or Medical Education field are required. Candidates must be self-starters, able to work in a team environment, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, and have superior organizational and time-management skills.
