The OCC is a bureau of the Department of Treasury inWashington, DC. The successful candidates will support data collection, reporting and analysis on performance metrics with the OCC’s Continuing Education Division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Data collection, performance reporting, and analysis for the Continuing Education (CE) training environment. * Assist with managing CE metrics, planning, execution of initiatives, and communications strategies. * Manages and develops innovative approaches to determine accurate measurement (e.g. quality of service provided, acceptable performance, quality levels or measures, reporting methods, score card, ect.) in accordance with OCC and working group goals and metrics * Prepares, evaluates, automates and presents management reports using database tools such as crystal reports, business objects, or SQL server. * Oversee metrics and measurements for assigned competency areas * Utilizes standard business case methodology to determine requirements, and implements solutions using a wide range of statistical methods, concepts and graphing techniques (e.g. Descriptive Statistics, Hypothesis Tests, Confidence Intervals, Normality Tests, Pareto, Distribution Analysis, Regression Testing, etc.) Job Requirements :
· Must be a US Citizen · Must be able to obtain government security clearance. · Bachelor's degree in closely related field OR equivalent work experience. · Extensive knowledge of a full range of principles, concepts, and methodologies related to data collection, reporting, and analysis of performance metrics. Past experience within a training environment is a plus. · Experience with creating reports and providing reported results through the use of database systems such as crystal reports, business objects, or SQL Server. · Past experience and ability to formulate results using various methodologies such as Descriptive Statistics, Hypothesis Tests, Confidence Intervals, Normality Tests, Pareto, Distribution Analysis, and Regression Testing. Experience with multiple approaches is a plus. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. · Ability to interact with executive level management · Past experience within a government environment is a plus. · Ability to work independently · Strong organization skills and ability to work within constantly changing priorities
