Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting and coordinating the working elements of the production process. This position is a RUN OF SHOW position.
Responsibilities -Responsible for ordering the necessary office and other kinds of supplies needed during production (i.e. fans, portable bathrooms)
-Works in alignment with the Finance department to process check requests for invoices related to motor homes, talent, animals, trailers, food, and agencies
-Tracks and processes timesheets from different areas of production in order to ensure the proper approval is obtained from the General Producer prior to submitting to Human Resources
-Arranges and coordinates meal accommodations for staff, cast, and crew
-Reviews and analyzes petty cash reports for the Arts department prior to obtaining final approval from General Producer and Finance
-Formats the daily National and Local ratings reports and distributes accordingly
-Tracks and monitors assistance sheets for extras and figurants
-Responsible for processing Agencies invoices' for the usage of talent/extras in different productions
-Plans and coordinates with the Travel Center the travel arrangements/itineraries and lodging for personnel on company business trips
-Ensures that sufficient copies of the scripts and revisions are provided to the staff and key personnel
-Manages relationships with vendors
-Responsible for the overall maintenance and filing of production reports
-Provides additional support to Talent Managers and Casting Director as needed
-Works under the direct supervision of the General Producer and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
-Ensures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios' infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures
-Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment
-Presents ideas that support EHS goals and policies to your business or EHS leader
-Raises concerns about possible violations of EHS policies to your manager, business and EHS Leader
