Product Manager - Medical Device
Lighthouse Associates is a recruiting firm that specializes in identifying World Class marketing talent for medical device companies throughout the Country. Currently, we are looking to hire a Product Manager for a $1.5B medical device client with Marketing functions in a location 1 hour West of Philadelphia that manufactures both disposable medical device products sold into cardiovascular call points within hospitals.
The candidate our client is looking to hire will be responsible for managing a $50M+ cardiovascular product line; developing product pipeline and roadmap , manage product line lifecycle, research and develop strategic business plans for markets, technologies, sales channels and execute strategy, develop content for training, education, and collateral, and drive new idea process through relationships with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards – Voice of Customer (VOC).
In order to be considered for the position, candidate must possess:
-Successful experience in Product Management within a medical device , pharmaceutical , or well known consumer products company.
-Prior sales success within medical device is preferred.
-Team player
-Interest in career growth within the field of marketing
