We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring our solutions to all the markets where Google does role: Product Manager, Google Fiber Google Fiber is an exciting new business for Google aiming to deploy next generation, gigabit Internet speeds to the home. On March 29th and May 17th we announced that weâ??re starting to build our ultra-high speed network in Kansas City, KS and Kansas City, MO, respectively. Weâ??d love for you to join us in helping to re-shape and revolutionize the way people connect to the web! As a product manager for the Google Fiber team, you will work with the other product managers and technical leaders in defining the architecture and design of the video, voice and data product offerings. Youâ??ll work with the Google Fiber teamâ??s lead engineers, across other Google teams and external organizations to drive the launch the Google Fiber ponsibilities: * Responsible for the success of the Google Fiber data offerings. * Collaborate with our product marketing organization and other teams. * Responsible for the product and design imum Qualifications: * BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience. * 5 years of experience working in the data and home networking domains. * 3 years of experience working as a product ferred Qualifications: * MS or PhD degree. * Experience developing Internet products and technologies. * Operational experience in telecommunications. * Familiarity with business issues and the ability to learn quickly. * Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical ly now
