We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring our solutions to all the markets where Google does role: Product Manager, Business, Google Fiber Google Fiber is an exciting new business for Google aiming to deploy next generation, gigabit Internet speeds to the home. On March 29th and May 17th we announced that weâ??re starting to build our ultra-high speed network in Kansas City, KS and Kansas City, MO, respectively. Weâ??d love for you to join us in helping to re-shape and revolutionize the way people connect to the web! As product manager of the Google Fiber Enterprise Small and Medium Business (SMB), you will take the lead in defining the architecture and design of the SMB offerings. Youâ??ll work with the Google Fiber teamâ??s lead engineers, across other Google teams and external organizations to drive the launch of the product. You will be responsible for the overall success of the Google Fiber SMB ponsibilities: * Take responsibility for the overall success of the Google Fiber SMB offerings. * Collaborate with our product marketing organization to set pricing and overall rates as we move forward. * Serve as the point person for the user service in the marketplace. * Take responsibility for the product and design requirements. * Articulate the vision and strategy for small and medium businesses to use the Google Fiber product imum Qualifications: * BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience. * 7 years of experience in a product management, engineering and technology strategy role. * Experience in selling enterprise software. * Operational experience in ferred Qualifications: * MS or Ph.D degree. * 10 years of experience in a product management, engineering and technology role. * Experience developing Internet products and technologies. * Familiarity with business issues and the ability to learn quickly. * Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical ly now
