Operations Coordinator - Set Lighting
This position is responsible for overseeing quality control for set lighting inventory data in RTPro and insuring complete data accuracy for items checked out and checked in, including sub-rented equipment. This position will also be responsible for coordinating inventory cycle counts, adjusting counts in RTPro and reporting results to the Executive Director of the Set Lighting Department. Other duties include the review of monthly exception reports with the department head and reporting results back to the SVP, Studio Operations. This position will also be required to assist with sourcing sub-rented equipment on the open market.
-Daily data entry of outgoing and incoming equipment to insure availability of Sony owned equipment and identifying lost/damaged equipment that needs to be billed and retired from the RTPro system. -Call vendors for sub-rentals, provide purchase orders, coordinate transportation logistics and fax stop rent paperwork on sub-rented equipment when shows strike to insure we have no overbilling. -Audit sub-rental paperwork for all rental agents during check-out and return of equipment for accuracy and proper sub-rental paperwork. -Coordinate cycle counts, reconciling RTPro inventory records and review exception reports monthly.
