We are looking for a Release Technical Analyst/Coordinator to help with the Release Management Office (RMO) activities of the Business Intelligence team at our client Cisco Systems located in Milpitas, CA. **Local candidates only please!!** This person will be responsible for doing the technical and impact analysis on the various BI, EDW, MDM and EIA releases, working with stakeholders to answer their technical issues and questions, coordinating with the Release Managers, etc. Here's the description: Technical Impact analysis for EIA (Enterprise Identity Mangement), MDM (Master Data Management) and BI/EDW (business intelligence and enterprise data warehouse). - Represent Busniness Intelligence Team in Enterprise wide change management forums - Identify internal cross-project dependencies (heat map) and communicate risks and issues - Understand impacts of changes being made in release execution activities across multiple releases - Understand the impacts of any platform changes (Informatica, Teradata, DB) etc. - Work with stakeholders to answer their technical issues and questions - Coordinate with Release Managers and support release execution activities - Understanding of high level impacts of functionality changes in cross-functional environments is a plus - Some key skills required (some but not all): Teradata, Ops support, transition, deployment, downtime, impact assessment, analysis, infrastructure, Informatica, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, ERP, cross-functional, Sysadmin (or system admin), DBA, Networking This is a long term role and iTalent offers medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits as well as standard W2 status (or 1099/C2C if you prefer) If this sounds interesting, please send your resume to <[click on "Apply Online" button]>.
