Description: We are currently hiring for Network Operations Center Technicians in the Johnson County area. Candidates will be working in a NOC setting, will be responding to customer tickets, and alarms.
This will be a fast paced environment in which the candidate will need to have strong customer service skills as well. Also will need to be able to work rotating shifts as the center is open on a 24/7 basis. Will also need to have CIENNA, SONET, DWDM, BLSR, UPSR, Ciras, and NMA T IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
Requirements:
* Must have 2-3 years experience of NOC work * Must be able to work rotating shifts * Must be customer service driven * Must be a team player * Must have experience with CIENNA, SONET, DWDM, BLSR, UPSR, Ciras, and NMA
