This position will report to a Director or Sales Manager. This position is responsible for contributing to the AEMS Segment plan and/or the Product plan.
The Mobile Application Sales Specialist (MASS) will have multiple focuses, including but not limited to sales process support, lead generation and segment account support for the ISPM, MAC & Direct Sellers to expedite the sales cycle and increase sales revenue for aligned sales centers. The Mobile Application Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering consistency for AT&T message; go to market methodology and representing sales process to clients. This position represents the synergy / alignment of opportunities between segments / verticals by customizing the platform for unique niches.
The Mobile Application Sales Specialist will collaborate and align very closely with the MACs, ISP horizontal team & product team to build the strategy for selling the new solution and to build a robust, healthy funnel. They will ensure that customer’s feedback is funneled to their Director to shape the product as appropriate.
Engaged in the planning and implementation of programs that support organizational objectives for volume, revenue, profit, retention and satisfaction. The scope of this role is national, and is responsible for driving both wireless data sales, specifically mobile platforms. Serves as sales leader with strategic customers to ensure successful relationship management. Technical sales experience for this position includes a deep understanding of Telecommunication as well as infrastructure connectivity and their competitors.
