Media Coordinator
Client Support & Media Handling Support Operations and Engineering teams for all physical media needs including but not limited to location of physical assets, requests for assets from Studio library, delivery & collection of physical media assets from environments, utilization of Xytech Media Management System for update of physical media asset, filing of physical media assets and adherence to Network Content Security Policy.
Asset Recycling Daily degaussing and preparation of assets for recycling and/or recertification, strict attention to asset ID's for database accuracy, proper handling of assets in accordance with manufacturer specifications for storage and transportation.
Administration and Documentation Maintain accurate records in accordance with Media Services procedures including proper follow up and documentation of all media requests.
