Masters Swim Coach - Lawrenceville (Sports Management/Operations)As a Masters Swim Coach, you will coach swimmers at the adult level. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the masters swim team.
Responsibilities
Run the daily operations of the masters swim team.
Provide adult swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
Identify and recruit strong talent to help develop a successful swim program.
Establish training programs to assist adult swimmers to achieve their goals.
Attend and support swimmers at meets.
Be knowledgeable about our products and programs.
Qualifications
4 year college degree
2 years swim coaching experience
ASCA Level 1 Certification
Member of ASCA
CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire
