Marketing Specialist I ? Existing Customer Training and Transactional
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all transactional marketing tactics delivered to existing customers. This individual will support management in the daily coordination and execution of all communications related to the billing statement, transactional emails and customer self service website. In addition, working with cross functional teams to update and train agents on new programs and promotions for existing customers. This individual will work with various departments and vendors ensure the successful launch of all existing customer communications and ongoing management of marketing promotions and new products to our call centers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordination of printing and fulfillment for all statement marketing tactics (bill inserts, ad pages, envelopes and statement messaging) * Develop schedules and execute processes, procedures and QA to ensure all statement marketing is delivered error-free and on-time * Work with premiere billing provider and IT to develop and deliver bill statement re-design projects and other data infrastructure and integration projects * Point person for all billing related issues, ensuring customer messaging is appropriate, accurate and delivered in a timely manner * Coordination and support for all transactional marketing tactics delivered to existing customers, to include: email and web communications * Support management of new product, promotional training and communications execution for DISH Network agents/technicians, ensuring that all teams meet project launch deliverables * Partner with call center resources to communicate and train customer service agents on selling and up-selling of existing customer programs * Support the daily management of internal web sites, ensuring that all materials are updated within timeline of new product/promotional launches * Establish necessary project plans in order to implement operational elements associated with initiatives * Delivering and executing projects under tight timeframes and under budget * Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications: * 3-5 years job related marketing and project management experience required * Excellent project management skills with strong organization skills and ability to multi-task * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing project details * Qualified candidate must be able to work effectively with cross functional teams to perform planning and execution of initiatives * Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects toward completion * Creativity: Proven out of the box thinking married with sound business judgment * Consumer Insight: Able to become ?voice of the consumer? to influence program development * Excellent verbal, written communication, analytical and presentation skills. * Able to operate efficiently and effectively in an environment with varying priorities. * Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) in a Windows environment with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel), and presentation (PowerPoint) software applications is required.
EDUCATION: * Bachelor?s degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
