This position reports to the Marketing Operations General Manager and is responsible for the day to day support of DISH Network marketing product and promotions. Individual will work with cross functional teams on the development of planning, implementation, and reporting metrics to ensure successful launches and accuracy across all business units.
· Support and development of reporting needed for new initiatives
· Provide backup for weekly fulfillment activities for pre-paid cards and reporting
· Management of ecomm requests
· Setup and reporting for new offer codes
· Testing of new call routing requirements related to new marketing campaigns
· Provide agent training updates related to new marketing campaigns
· Setup and management of project documentation for the Marketing Ops team members
· Maintain all SharePoint libraries and setup of new members within existing SharePoint sites managed by Marketing
Along with the Marketing Operations Manager, individual will work with various departments on the planning and implementation of marketing promotions and new products to ensure successful ongoing operational elements are included and planned for the launches and accuracy across the business. Other duties as required.
BS/BA from 4-year college or university. 1+ year of experience in a business environment.
