Coordinate tradeshow activities. . Manage logistics, rentals, and delivery of marketing materials. . Assist with post-show analysis and lead follow-up. . Plans and executes marketing events such as User Conferences, Tradeshows, and Seminars. . Creates event plans. . Coordinates logistics of events. . Researches destinations, venues; conduct site inspections. . Responsible for the development of event-related collateral - print and online; including but not limited to event websites, email blasts, invitations, takeaways, etc. . Support efforts to identify & secure speaking opportunities. . Willingness to learn SharePoint and assist with internal website management inclusive of document maintenance, copy writing, organization and lay-out. . Maintain content for company newsletter - support creation efforts, coordinate, and edit copy. . Maintain customer reference database. . Prepare copy and project manage email campaigns for existing & potential clients. . Other marketing communications support as necessary. Job Requirements . 2-4 years of related work experience. . Strong verbal and written communication skills. . Ability to work in a fast-pace work environment is a must. . Experience working in the High-Tech industry is preferred. . Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. . Familiarity with online marketing preferred (i.e. web marketing, Pay-for-Click Advertising, goggle ad words, SEO (search engine optimization) strategies. . Travel to Customer Events, Corporate Training Events, and Trade Shows for approximately 4-6 events per year.
