Position Description Position Overview: Supports the Market Manager in working with hotel partners to secure the best rates and inventory Available. Must be very experienced with all microsoft office systems (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and high level of computer experience. Responsible for Merchandising submission, Beat Meet Loose Communications and accurately loading promotions and Contract terms.
Responsibilities: Work well as part of a team to negotiate and maintain rates and inventory availability in our systems. Update Product status in the systems. Apply Closeouts/ Add inventory Verify all details of hotel product. Shop competitive sites and prepare reports of findings.
Qualifications: Strong excel and word Skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Articulate, Sales oriented individual. Travel, Hotel background a plus but not mandatory.
Work Experience and Education Guidelines: Prefer Bachelors degree or higher. Industry Experience a plus This position is for the Northwest Florida and North Carolina Markets.
