Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced sales and account management leader to help build and manage a strategically focused/consultative team, selling Facebook's advertising solutions to F500 clients. This is a unique opportunity to help build a high performing team from the ground up and have a dramatic impact on the company's growth. Ideal candidates will have strong sales management experience and extensive experience selling cross-network marketing solutions to advertisers that buy media through multi-channels. Further, this candidate should have a strong analytical and strategic planning background. This position is located at Facebook's Austin office.

Responsibilities
*
Play a critical role in building, training and managing a high-caliber team that is focused on selling Facebook's advertising solutions and managing F500 clients in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth
*
Manage 4-5 direct reports and be part of the broader a sales and account management leadership team
*
Develop and drive a vertical strategy and be the internal and external champion for the given vertical
*
Build and establish C-level relationships to help penetrate large organizations to provide Facebook's marketing solutions
*
Identify solutions to support Facebook's continued advertiser growth
*
Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals for yourself and your team
*
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service


Requirements
*
10+ years of Media Sales and/or Support experience.
*
5+ years of people management experience.
*
A proven track record of success leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
*
A thought leader in the industry and deeply understands online business and marketing models, Internet/consumer technology, social media and vertical markets.
*
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook.
*
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with marketing decision makers at established companies and agencies
*
Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
*
Solutions-oriented, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
*
Creative problem-solving abilities
