Manager, Lead Process
The Manager for Lead Process is responsible for leading internal and external teams in managing the delivery of leads from multi-tier sources to Chrysler dealers. The selected candidate will manage third party lead providers and lead optimization. Additional responsibilities will include the coordination and integration of corporate CRM initiatives with the dealer sites as well as the management of the concierge lead follow up services. Providing performance metrics to the extended enterprise to increase sales conversion will also be expected.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree • 5 + years' experience in Sales, Marketing or Field Operations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Strong leadership, planning, communications, and program management skills • Must be able to lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery of projects • Ability to interpret and act on quantitative data to continually enhance website performance and sales conversion (includes all profit centers within the dealership)
