The Cosmetic Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing professional service to customers by selling and demonstrating cosmetic and related items, as well as contributing to the success of the department through achieving personal sales goals.
This Macy's location utilizes an innovative way of planning work schedules, allowing an associate to participate more in managing availability and setting preferences for work times. This enables our associates to address their need for flexibility in meeting both personal and work obligations. Details on My Schedule Plus are available during the interview process.
Key Accountabilities:
Demonstrate effective Magic Selling Behaviors to meet or exceed sales, customer service and Loyalty program standards set by the company
Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner upon entry into the area
