CBS Local Media is looking for a dynamic, motivating and creative sales manager for our market leading Media Platforms based in the Bay Area. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, team leader, motivator and be able to work in a collaborative environment with a senior team of managers toward a common goal. You will lead a team of media sellers to maximize sales revenue across the CBS Local Media TV and Digital Media assets in the Bay Area and other CBS Local Media markets. Candidate will have a proven track record as a talented leader who empowers, motivates and holds their Account Executives accountable to leverage superior media assets and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals. Candidate is an innovative thinker who formulates short and long term strategies, is highly competent in analytics, leads by example, loves to sell and possess excellent recruitment skills to attract and retain talented Account Executives.
