The Junior Business Coordinator role will work directly with the Senior Coordinator in order to act in a liaison between the W&SS business and the MIS/Delivery Services and QA teams This role will have important on-going responsibilities, as well as certain 'Level 1' and 'Major Release' responsibilities.
The on-going responsibilities of this position include
. Work with Senior Coordinator to define business requirements, both at a high-level and detailed to the MIS/Delivery Services team for new or enhanced functionality for the ONE OTC system.
. Collaborate with the MIS/Delivery Services lead to develop and scope Change Requests, as required, including cost, business resources and time estimates.
. Facilitate sessions between business representatives and MIS/Delivery Services to clarify open questions or issues regarding the requirements.
. Ensure alignment and business resource availability for UAT and regression testing; and participate as necessary.
. Track the progress of functionality requests and formal Change Requests.
. Work with the Deployment, Change Readiness, Communication, Testing and Training groups to ensure successful launch and adoption of the revised or new functionality.
. Communicate relevant information to and from business and other teams including MIS/Delivery Services/Quality Assurance/IT.
. Work with line level staff on SAP related issues (problem solving)
. Review and approval cancellation requests.
. Lead various small projects that may arise during the normal course of business.
4 year college degree - finance, accounting
Previous Thomson Reuters experience preferred
3-7 years experience using SAP - all Order to Cash (OTC) modules
Previous testing experience preferred
Previous experience assisting with SAP releases (planning, testing, & coordinating)
