The IT Solutions Engineer is responsible for the design, modification, development and implementation of software applications. They need to have expert proficiency in multiple modern programming languages and frameworks, preferably .Net. The Engineer will design, plan and coordinate work teams, provide technical support to project team members and participate in the entire testing process.
This IT Solutions Engineer also needs to have Agile experience that can be shared in order to help shape the company's initial Agile efforts. This person will also be responsible for contributing to architecture guidelines and then enforcing them through design and coding. Finally, the IT Solutions Engineer has to have the capability and desire to interact with end users as well as provide leadership and mentor junior developers and collaborate intensely with similarly skilled individuals.
