SUMMARY



This position is responsible for establishing a risk-based, I.T. audit plan. Manage/participate in

performance of audits of business applications, general computer controls and other system

related risk areas with particular focus on SAP and associated systems. Act as the SAP subject

matter expert for all members of the Internal Audit team.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Include the following;



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.



1. Establish an annual risk-based I.T. internal audit plan and manage the I.T. audit resources

to meet the requirements of the plan



2. Supervise/participate in all phases of the audit including audit, planning, fieldwork, reporting,

and other project communications



3. Supervise/conduct SAP application system review in accordance with generally accepted

I.T. audit principles



4. Support financial and operational audit teams with providing SAP expertise to allow for an

integrated audit approach.



5. Support the development of I.T. technology and tools within the Internal Audit Department.



6. Support and utilize departmental audit systems to manage projects, work-papers, risk

assessment, data analysis, and reporting.



7. Maintain a strong relationship with the external auditors and coordinate audit work to the

greatest extent possible.



8. Manage the work performed by outside consultant to support the internal I.T. audit plan.



9. Maintain an understanding of SOX 302 and 404 requirements and their application to

information technologies to be able to support the company in their efforts to document and

test internal controls.



10. Remain current and increase knowledge in the areas of auditing, accounting, information

technology and internal controls.

Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,

and/or ability required.



• SAP Basis, FI/CO Configuration, or Security experience



• Understanding of concepts related to information systems auditing, general I.T. Controls,

information security, and application controls



• General understanding of computer technology such as operating systems, security,

telecommunication, database management, data networks.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a related field. A degree in business, accounting,

or information systems disciplines, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.



LANGUAGE SKILLS:English (second language a plus)

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to effectively present recommendations to senior management

• Strong negotiating skills, with a facilitative approach to creating agreement

• Strong organizational skill

• Superior ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain ethical behaviors
