Senior IT Business Analyst needed with strong knowledge/experience in Siebel. This individual will document the technology needs of the business unit (Customer Support) and work closely with technical architects and developers to create functional system requirements. Will be responsible for the delivery of the Business Requirements Document (BRD), business process flows and recommended best practices. Will work to best understand business problems/challenges within the Support organization and industry.
