Job Responsibilities
Works with Executive Director of the MEAC/SWAC Challenge Event, assisting with:
• football event logistics & operations (tickets, signage, marketing, team coordination, communication with venue)
• football operations (record ticket sales, inventory gifts for event, review bowl manuals)
• sales efforts (prepare sponsorship proposals, prospect sales opportunities)
• distribution of promotional/event materials

Preferred Requirements
• Able to work consistent days during week
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
• Preferred Majors: Sports Management, Marketing, Communications
• Must provide own transportation to/from work

Internship Information

• 10 weeks; 40 hours/week

• Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary

• Authorized to work in the United States for any company
