Inside Sales Specialist Solon, OH
As the primary contact for all customer communications, you will: ? Develop and expand the customer base through prospecting and proper account qualification ? Respond to product availability inquiries, delivery status updates, and return material authorizations ? Make daily outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers ? Prepare and maintain orders ? Maintain a delivery-requirements schedule ? Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time customer deliveries
Requirements:
Requirements include: ? At least 4 years? experience in customer service; lighting sales preferred ? Strong up-selling skills ? Exceptional relationship-building skills (both internally and externally) ? Ability to work as part of a team ? Associate?s degree in marketing, sales or communications preferred
