Attention Sales Professionals; Volt has several exciting opportunities with one of our National Clients for Inside Sales Specialists. These positions have high earning potential and will not last!The right candidate will be someone who has worked in the Sales Field for over 4 years and has been in a Inside Sales role for at least 2 years. You must know how to sell intangible products in a consultative manner and have strong closing skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into memberships. Description of Duties: * Speaking with potential clients via phone and sell service(s) in a consultative manner * Build and establish relationships with potential and new clients * Will make at least 75-100 calls a day * Communicating with other team members about new clients * Setting up appointments and following up daily
Requirements:
Required Skills: * Inside sales person with experience in selling educational opportunities, exercise, weight loss, insurance or dating services preferred * 4 plus years in a commission based selling environment * 2 plus years as an inside sales professional selling intangible product * Must be able to develop qualified leads and maintain relationships * Must have worked in a Metrics Based environment * Strong closing skills and money motivated * Must have the ability to work alone and be self directed * Excellent computer and communication skills Special Instructions to begin the process: * Please email your resume to Volt at: it will be expedited to the Recruiter assigned to this position.
