We are adding a Inside Sales Representative to the MetaStock office in Salt Lake City. The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to sell retail MetaStock products or solutions to individual (non-professional) traders. This is an inside sales position responsible for generating recurring and outright revenue, creating new opportunities, and developing opportunities and leads provided by various sources.
Responsibilities and duties: * Generate revenue for the company * Answer incoming calls to answer customer questions, determine needs, resolve problems, and close sales * Prospect for leads and sales and to follow up on leads, make outgoing calls * Enter and process leads and maintain customer correspondence through phone, e-mail and online chat * Enforce MetaStock sales policies as necessary * Present MetaStock products via webinars * Achieve monthly sales revenue objectives * Meet daily sales activity requirements * Other duties as assigned or as necessary Required: * 1-3 years of sales experience * Excellent PC skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to type and talk on the phone simultaneously * Type 35 WPM Desired: * Associate's degree or higher * Inside sales experience with heavy outgoing and incoming phone selling and lead follow up * Customer service experience * Proficiency in Windows environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * 10-key skills * Familiarity with financial markets At Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
