Identity and Access Management Security Manager (#LLS)

Must have ability to travel to a client site. Typical travel is Mon-Thurs, returning home for the weekends.

Candidates must be U.S. Based. 

Must be experienced with such products as: Oracle, CA, Sun, Tivoli, SiteMinder and the equivalent.

Basic Requirements: Technical experience should include designing and developing provisioning flows and adapters for assets, developing Role Based Access Control (RBAC) entitlements to web applications, implementing role resolution, role mining and role administration user interfaces.

• Minimum 5 years' experience implementing packaged or customized IAM solutions.
• Experience designing, deploying and implementing custom applications
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience leading a technical team.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Completed Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:

• Industry-adopted security certification (e.g. CISSP)
• Experience with any of the following Security areas:
  
  
  
  
  • Information risk, privacy, and strategy (i.e. security and privacy policies, or risk assessments, or security and privacy compliance);
  • Application security
  • Infrastructure security
  • Identity and access management
  • Data security or encryption
  
  
  
  

Managers should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
