Human Resources Coordinator
Researches, collects and analyzes data and makes recommendation to HR Management for a variety of human resources programs.
Responsible for recordkeeping process and maintenance, including generating documents and/or notices to Payroll, Corporate HR/Denver, Information Technolocy, etc. Examples include Payroll Maintenance Forms, New Hire Notices, Term Notices.
Assists in the recruitment, selection and hiring process of new employees.
Provide support and back up to the Production Staffing Manager/Film Roman for recruitment of Film Roman positions. Includes Production, Admin, and/or project based.
Under the direction of the HRD-California, may work with Hiring Managers to update Job Descriptions and complete Requisitions forms.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Minimum two years experience in Human Resources related duties and Office Administration; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint software applications. Must be able to learn new software quickly and accurately.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate and work with all levels of internal and external customers and contacts in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Must demonstrate initiative and be pro-active without becoming aggressive or confrontational. Able to achieve -buy in- and demonstrate a -customer service- attitude.
Knowledge of State (California) and Federal Labor Laws and Regulations along with strong general knowledge of Human Resources best-practices.
